Optional analytics help the owner understand visits and how people use the studio. Choose Allow analytics or No thanks. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer or studio account screen.

What optional analytics include

Random browser and session identifiers, an allowlisted public page path, and event types such as opening the studio or choosing Start Designing. We do not send email addresses, customer names, typed lettering, artwork, project contents, URL queries, or full referrers in these analytics requests.

Identifiers are stored in your browser only after permission. Your preference expires after 180 days. A session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable optional analytics. Owner and private account pages are excluded.

Accounts and operational records

Signing in, saving projects, and enforcing export limits require account service records independently of optional analytics. The private report counts newly created email-verified accounts once per account. Declining visit statistics does not disable these account functions.

Limits of the report

Browser counts are not a count of people. Blockers, declined consent, and different devices affect totals. A browser download action cannot prove a file was saved on disk or stitched successfully.
