Is LT Lettering Studio free?
Yes. The current Free offering includes all available fonts and tools, 30 machine exports per calendar month, and up to 10 saved cloud projects at a time. Basic and Premium plans are currently hidden.
Do I need an account?
You can read these public guides without signing in. Sign in to the studio with your email verification code to use your account, saved projects, purchases, and export allowance.
Which files can I export?
The studio offers Tajima DST and Brother PES. Confirm that your machine supports the selected format and test a sample before stitching your final item.
Can I import my own embroidery?
Yes, you can import PES or DST into a project. Your imported file can be saved with that project and reopened. It is not added to our shared embroidery gallery.
Can I change my saved design later?
Reopen your saved cloud project using the same verified email. Keep an editable project copy as well as your exported machine file.
Do the files work with every machine?
Machine support, hoop limits, and format versions vary. Check your machine manual and open a sample file in your normal workflow before stitching.
Can I turn any picture into embroidery?
This site focuses on lettering, monograms, and working with embroidery designs. It does not promise automatic digitization of any uploaded picture.
What should I do before my first sew-out?
Check dimensions, thread order, hoop, fabric, and stabilizer. Stitch a sample on scrap fabric. Screen previews cannot guarantee a particular result on fabric.
Where can I see my remaining exports?
Open the studio and sign in. Your account and export controls show the remaining allowance. Cloud saving is a limit of 10 saved projects at a time, rather than 10 new projects each month.
